Service Description

Meeting with client begins 30 days prior to wedding. Service includes working detailed timeline for all events related to the Wedding Day and checklist. Communication with vendors, confirming timelines and reviewing contracts. Scheduling and facilitating rehearsal. Present at venue for agreed upon time (based off venue entrance and accessibility.) Setting up wedding accessories (guest book, place cards, favors, etc.) Ensuring day runs on time but able to adjust as needed, directing wedding processional.
